Richard Jones, P. Eng., Chief Consultant & Coach
Richard brings nearly 25 years’ experience in delivering transformational management and strategic planning solutions to companies in Canada, the US as well as Europe and Asia. His broad range of real-world experience and his ability to understand and leverage multicultural issues has made him an invaluable asset to clients around the world.

His clients have included many large and successful organizations such as The Boston Globe, The International Monetary Fund, UNICEF, New England Medical Centre (NEMC), Washington Hospital, MassPro and Citizens Bank.   Richard was a Principal Consultant with Linkage Inc. a world-wide training and consulting firm. Previously he also worked for Coopers & Lybrand Consulting.

Richard is a professional engineer and a graduate of the Royal Air Force College. Later he attended the Royal Air Force Staff College, where he studied all aspects of management and leadership. He is a licensed engineer in Manitoba, Canada where he lives.

He was responsible for $180 million in annual sales as Director of Sales with one of the world’s largest beverage companies and doubled top line performance over 4 years the Chief Operating Officer for a private investment firm.

Robert has cultivated and maintained effective relationships with many key industry players, and has developed strong corporate partnerships. Robert has graduated from the Banff Center with certificates in leadership excellence and in strategic leadership.

Sandra has over 15 years of experience in leadership development, process improvement and team building in the manufacturing, construction, retail and service sectors. She has the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in order to find long-term solutions. Sandra is a Rising Star nominee and Oratory Award winning professional. She has her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) designations.

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts and is also an experienced Project Management leader. She excels at finding practical business solutions to human capital challenges and thrives on assisting organizations in meeting their goals through increasing the success and contribution of people.

Sandra’s preferred areas of practice are human resource management, organizational growth, business and strategic planning, succession planning, and talent management. Her previous engagements were small business development, management of human resources department, performance management program development, business continuity planning, leadership coaching and program development, business and strategic plan development, and design, development and facilitation of workshops and training courses.

Sandra serves the community in various capacities in the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba, SAFE Workers of Tomorrow and University of Winnipeg, Professional Studies Program.  She is also a certified Strategic Thinking and  Coaching Skills & TIPS2 Facilitator.

Dr. Chrispin Ntungo, Ph.D., ASQ-CQPA
Chrispin Ntungo is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and a Certified Quality Process Analyst (CQPA). In addition to his professional training in Quality Management, he has a Masters degree in Agribusiness Management and a Doctorate in Agricultural Economics from the University of Manitoba.

His experience includes development of quality management systems, strategic plans, business plans and training resources for reputable public and private organizations. Additionally, he is a Session Instructor in Quality Management and Business Statistics at the University of Manitoba Continuing Education Department.

Chrispin is dedicated to promoting and enhancing business development and organizational excellence through strategic planning, business planning, quality management including continuous improvement training, statistical thinking, and performance measurement and benchmarking.

Tope is a seasoned Information Technology expert and a Microsoft certified technology specialist. With over 10 years’ experience in software development, Tope brings wealth of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining software, web-based applications and telecommunication solutions.

Tope earned a B.Tech (Mathematics & Computer Science); he is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Certified Application Developer. Tope is one of the first few to achieve the Microsoft Technology Specialist designation which displays his in depth skills and experience with high class database system.

His 30 years experience as a professional musician combined with over 15 years experience of closely working with people and organizations merges to help strengthen teams, develop the cultural health of an organization, uplift and inspire individuals to participate with passion.
